The family-owned and run business began selling cars in downtown Brookings. In the mid-1970s, the dealership moved to its current location at 2323 East 6th Street. Over time, the dealership may have changed hands, names, and management, but has always remained loyal to the Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick brands.

In 2001, the dealership was renamed Brookings Auto Mall to encompass the local Sioux Falls community and continue the organization's dedication to providing quality vehicles with remarkable service.

Today, when you meet the team at Brookings Auto Mall, you'll be surprised to find out that we have more than 50 employees, including some who have worked here since its doors first opened.
